The D air coolers are available in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series caters to cooler environments at approximately -18ºC, ideal for preserving meat and fish. For ultra-low temperature requirements, the DJ series operates efficiently at around -25ºC, making it perfect for freezing fresh food items such as meat and fish.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Our shell is crafted from high-quality steel plate, enhanced with a low-temperature resistant powder to deliver exceptional corrosion resistance. Tailor your needs with options for aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The 2.0 thick aluminum alloy tube plates are engineered to minimize the chance of internal leaks due to the wear on heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative design of the outer water tray features a hinged lap structure, ensuring easy access for inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope at the base accelerates drainage, preventing issues like icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with an aluminum plate, effectively reduces air bypass while boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipe employs a premium brand's efficient internal thread pipe, with a meticulous loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adopting a sophisticated Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, our design markedly increases air disturbance, thereby enhancing the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: The fan is a high-power, customized component featuring an external rotor, capable of operating between -40ºC and 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, it guarantees stability and reliability under demanding conditions.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe of low power and density, it is strategically positioned within the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, maximizing the defrosting effect, and effectively extending the heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box offers superior resistance to water, fire, and high voltage, all while providing ease of wiring.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, each air cooler is meticulously cleaned and thoroughly inspected, successfully passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test to ensure top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are available, tailored to satisfy various temperature and humidity requirements.
