Our advanced air coolers are designed to serve various cold storage needs, be it architectural or constructional. The D series of air coolers include three distinct types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for environments around 0ºC, perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meat and fish. Lastly, the DJ series caters to even colder environments, around -25ºC, and is tailored for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plate treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shells offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Options for aluminum or stainless steel shells are available upon request. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer Water Tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope bottom design accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to enhance fan efficiency and defrosting performance by minimizing air bypass.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange system is optimized with a positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our air coolers feature classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, enhancing air turbulence and significantly improving heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor has an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring reliable and stable performance.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system includes a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power density. Strategically positioned within the coil and the inner water pan, it ensures even heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the life of the heating element.
Electrical Junction Box:We use specially customized electrical junction boxes that resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safety and ease of wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes a thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure-holding test to ensure top-notch quality before delivery.
Sheet Spacing:Standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are available to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
Different Refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a wide range of refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more, meeting various refrigeration needs.
