Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, ensuring superior thermal efficiency and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Using waterproof film and SBS padding for enhanced moisture resistance.
2. Galvanized L or U-shaped positioning is fixed firmly with expansion bolts for stability.
3. Sealant substrate to ensure airtightness and reduce condensation.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant consists of a double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray in the middle for a robust seal.
5. Vertical wall panels are installed meticulously to maintain structural integrity.
6. Structures exceeding 6 meters require the installation of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick-action mushroom nails for additional support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam of the building structure. Aligning the joint of the ceiling panel parallel to the main beam ensures a seamless finish.
2. Pre-installed suspension beam structural components including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, suspended with M12 lifting screws connected to C-type Steel keel for strong support.
3. Lift the insulation top plate carefully to ensure secure placement.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw to achieve the precise installation height.
5. The main joint is sprayed with polyurethane foam for superior insulation; the PVC sleeve is foamed to interrupt the cold bridge, and the color steel folding piece is neatly trimmed for a polished appearance.
