This Evaporative Condenser utilizes the natural cooling power of water and air as its mediums. The sophisticated system facilitates heat exchange with refrigerant gas within the coil, efficiently condensing it into liquid form. The internal mechanism encompasses a comprehensive water distribution system, ensuring optimal performance.
The condenser features an advanced system comprising condensing coils, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator. Externally, it incorporates a water circulating pump, electronic water-curing device, and axial fan. The operation maintains a negative internal pressure due to the axial fan's activity, ensuring seamless performance.
During operation, under robust airflow, cooling water is lavishly sprayed onto the coil's surface through the water distribution system. Simultaneously, refrigerant gas enters the coil's upper inlet, with condensed liquid exiting through the lower outlet. This dynamic process facilitates an efficient heat exchange among refrigerant, water, and air, bolstered by the fan's powerful air circulation.
The efficient heat absorption elevates the temperature of cooling water and air swiftly. As water vaporizes into steam, it is deflated and expelled by the fan, effectively dissipating a substantial amount of heat. Concurrently, steam in the heated air is skillfully collected into a reservoir, while non-gasified water descends to the reservoir, seamlessly integrating into the circulation system.
The water level within the reservoir is intelligently regulated by a float ball valve, compensating for any water lost to the atmosphere, ensuring consistent operation.
