The D series includes DL, DD, and DJ models, each designed to meet specific temperature needs. The DL series is ideal for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures around 0 ºC. The DD series excels in preserving meats and fish at approximately -18 ºC. For those seeking to freeze fresh foods like meat and fish, the DJ series provides optimal performance at temperatures around -25 ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, the shell offers strong corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are manufactured from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage from thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tube.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our advanced internal thread pipe, sourced from a premium brand, features an enhanced loop and a positive triangle staggered configuration, which significantly boosts heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Featuring a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, it greatly enhances air disturbance and significantly boosts heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: This high-performance fan is customized with an external rotor suitable for temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, this system features low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and the inner water pan. This setup ensures even heating, enhanced defrosting efficiency, and extends the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially engineered electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, while being straightforward to wire.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before it leaves the factory.
Sheet spacing: Standard sheet spacings are available at 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
