Our D series air coolers feature three innovative series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, making it ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, designed specifically for the preservation of meats and fish. For those requiring freezing capabilities, the DJ series provides superior performance at around -25ºC, preserving the freshness of meats, fish, and other perishables.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Our air cooler shell is crafted from high-quality steel plates, treated with a low-temperature-resistant powder for exceptional corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options in aluminum or stainless steel for the shell. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0-thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Designed for convenience and efficiency, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with aluminum plate, reduces air bypass and optimizes both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes boast efficient internal threading from a premium brand, combined with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Featuring a classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin design, our fins enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our fans are custom-designed with high-power external rotors, operating reliably from -40ºC to 60ºC. They feature a motor insulation class of Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability under various conditions.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, our defrosting system offers low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures a uniform heating effect, enhancing the defrosting process and extending the lifespan of the electric heating elements.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while allowing for straightforward wiring.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test, ensuring top quality prior to delivery.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to various temperature and humidity requirements, providing flexibility for diverse applications.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting a wide range of cooling needs effectively.
