Robust Shell Design: Crafted from high-quality steel with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shell boasts exceptional corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Additionally, all tube plates are built from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leakage risks caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Innovative Double-layer Water Tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design ensures rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Premium Heat Exchange Pipe:Engineered with efficient internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Enhanced Fin Design:Our classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins maximize air disturbance, significantly elevating heat exchange capacity on the air side.

High-Performance Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operating within -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Efficient Defrosting System:Incorporates stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and the inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhanced defrosting, and extended service life for the heating pipes.
