an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer designed for peak thermal efficiency, ensuring your cold storage remains at optimal temperature levels.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize a waterproof film and SBS padding to secure and protect the panel from environmental factors.
2. Reinforce with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning brackets, fixed robustly with expansion bolts to ensure stability.
3. Apply a durable sealant substrate for enhanced leak protection.
4. Seamlessly integrate pre-installed board seam sealant combining double-sided groove sealant and a polyurethane spray in the middle for superior sealing.
5. Assemble the vertical wall panel with precision.
6. For spans greater than 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and use quick mushroom nails to maintain structural integrity.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Accurately determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the building's main beam structure. Ensure that the panel joints run parallel to the main beam, providing a seamless appearance.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beams, with suspended M12 lifting screws connected to the C-type Steel keel for dependable support.
3. Carefully lift the insulation top plate into position for optimal performance.
4. Precisely adjust the length of the lifting screw to guarantee proper alignment and stability.
5. Finish the main joint by spraying polyurethane foam, use PVC sleeves to break the cold bridge and trim with color steel folding pieces for a polished, professional finish.
