Our D series air coolers are divided into three remarkable categories: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a 0 ºC climate, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series functions efficiently at approximately -18ºC, suitable for storing meat and fish. Our DJ series excels at around -25ºC, optimizing the freezing of fresh foods like meat and fish.

Shell: Our air coolers boast a superior shell crafted from high-quality steel plates, enhanced with low-temperature resistant powder to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance. For those seeking tailored options, we offer aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Every tube plate is constructed from 2.0-thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks due to the interaction of copper heat exchange tubes with thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Designed for practicality, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and upkeep. The ribbed slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage and prevents both icing and corrosion. To enhance fan efficiency and optimize defrosting, the inner tray is clad with aluminum, minimizing air bypass.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange system incorporates high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a renowned brand. These pipes feature an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangle design, all contributing to superior heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Experience enhanced air disturbance and superior heat exchange capacity with our European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, significantly boosting air-side heat transfer.
