Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, providing exceptional thermal efficiency and energy savings.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. The use of a waterproof film combined with SBS padding ensures optimal moisture protection.
2. Employ galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with expansion bolts, for steadfast structural integrity.
3. A robust sealant substrate enhances airtightness and durability.
4. Features pre-installed board seam sealant, utilizing a double-sided groove sealant complemented by polyurethane spray for superior joint sealing.
5. Vertical wall panel installation for added stability and support.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for enhanced structural support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction, aligned with the main beam of the building structure for seamless integration. (The joint of the ceiling panel is parallel to the main beam of the building)
2. Install pre-designed suspension beam structural components, with 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, complemented by suspended M12 lifting screws, all connected to the C-type Steel keel for a sturdy build.
3. Skillfully lift the insulation top plate into position, ensuring secure placement.
4. Precisely adjust the lifting screw's length to achieve the desired alignment and stability.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam for enhanced insulation, foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt cold bridging, and meticulously trim with color steel folding pieces for a polished finish.
