The DL series is perfect for maintaining a consistent 0 ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and fresh vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at around -18 ºC, providing optimal conditions for storing meats and fish. For those in need of deep freezing, the DJ series excels at approximately -25 ºC, perfect for freezing fresh meats, fish, and other perishables.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from robust, low-temperature resistant steel plate, our shells feature an advanced powder coating for superior corrosion resistance. We also offer customizable options in aluminum or stainless steel. Each tube plate is meticulously constructed from 2.0-thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leaks due to thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap outer tray for easy inspection and maintenance, our water trays incorporate ribbed slopes to accelerate drainage and prevent icing and corrosion. The inner tray, clad in aluminum, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Our premium heat exchange pipes feature high-efficiency internal threading and an optimized loop design, with a positive triangle staggered pattern to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Enhance your cooling with our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, expertly engineered to boost air disturbance and significantly improve heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our custom high-power fans with external rotors operate within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motors boast an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring unwavering stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our advanced defrosting system uses stainless steel electric heating pipes, strategically arranged to ensure uniform heating. With low power and density, this design enhances defrosting efficiency and extends the lifespan of the heating components.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage while offering simple and efficient wiring solutions.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a stringent 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Precisely designed with standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to various temperature and humidity demands.
