Product Introduction:
Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plates, our shells are treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering robust corrosion resistance. We also offer custom options with aluminum or stainless-steel finishes. To prevent internal leakage from thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are crafted from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Double-layer water tray: The innovative design of our outer water tray plate includes a hinged lap for effortless inspection and maintenance. Featuring a ribbed slope design, it promotes quick drainage, minimizing icing and corrosion risks. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plating to reduce air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and optimizing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from high-efficiency, internally threaded pipes by a leading brand. These pipes feature an optimized loop and a positively triangular staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Showcasing a classic European-style design, our sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins effectively enhance air turbulence, thereby greatly increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a customized, high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our system operates seamlessly between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system employs stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan. This setup ensures even heating, maximizes defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the lifespan of the electric heating elements.
