Application environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating temperature range is an impressive -45ºC to +50ºC, ensuring adaptability to diverse conditions.
Sealing strip material: Constructed with premium EPDM, offering outstanding chemical stability, exceptional durability, and resistance to aging. It boasts a wide temperature adaptability, functioning optimally within a long-term range of -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered with polyurethane and comprehensive panel foaming, ensuring a smooth, flat appearance and excellent insulation. The panel materials include robust stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and intricately embossed aluminum plates.

Door thickness: Available options include 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, catering to various insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, the doorframe radiates a clean, elegant exterior while offering long-lasting durability. It triumphs over traditional wooden frames by providing superior strength and resistance to decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for manual temperature control or power management.
Guide rail device: The expertly designed aluminum alloy guide rail, combined with a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, ensures seamless operation. It allows the door to smoothly detach from the frame when opened and firmly seal against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
