Our D series air coolers consist of the DL, DD, and DJ series, each tailored to specific temperature needs. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a fresh environment at 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at around -18ºC, making it suitable for preserving meats and fish. For rapid freezing of fresh food such as meat and fish, the DJ series functions optimally at approximately -25ºC.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted with precision, our shell is made from premium high-quality steel plate, coated with low-temperature resistant powder to provide exceptional corrosion resistance. You can also choose from customized aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, minimizing the risk of internal leaks due to thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tube.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the exterior water tray plate features a hinged lap design for convenient inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage and mitigates the risk of icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, clad in aluminum plate, is engineered to reduce air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted with utmost precision, utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands. The optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency, ensuring maximum performance.
Fin: Our fins boast a classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, which dramatically increases air disturbance and significantly boosts the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Each unit is equipped with a custom high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operating efficiently across a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor is rated at Insulation Class F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are meticulously arranged both inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This strategic placement ensures an even heating effect, enhances defrosting performance, and extends the service life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Engineered for excellence, our custom electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage. It allows for easy wiring, ensuring safety and convenience.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection procedures. It successfully passes a stringent 25-bar pressure holding test before it leaves our facility, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are available for various temperature and humidity requirements, providing a tailored solution for every need.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to your specific cooling needs.
