The DD series operates seamlessly around -18ºC, perfect for meat and fish storage. For those requiring rigorous freezing capabilities, the DJ series maintains temperatures around -25ºC, adeptly freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate and coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast outstanding corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, customization is available with options for aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Every tube plate incorporates a 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, meticulously designed to minimize the potential for internal leakage due to the wear on heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal fluctuations.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance processes. The ribbing slope at the tray's base accelerates drainage, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. An aluminum-clad inner water tray significantly reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and optimizing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes, sourced from a premium brand, feature an efficient internal thread design. With an optimized loop and strategically positive triangle staggered configuration, these pipes dramatically elevate heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adopting a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, this design significantly bolsters air disturbance, thereby amplifying heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our fan is a customized high-power marvel with an external rotor, functioning optimally within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: The stainless steel electric heating pipe is designed with low power and density and is meticulously arranged inside the coil and the inner water pan. This configuration guarantees a uniformly distributed heating effect, maximizes defrosting efficiency, and extends the longevity of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, while offering ease of wiring.
Factory testing: Prior to dispatch, each air cooler undergoes a rigorous cleaning and inspection process and passes a stringent 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, tailored to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
