They operate seamlessly and can be tailored to meet your specific size requirements, ensuring a perfect fit for your needs.
Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer applications. Operating temperature range: -45ºC to +50ºC, making it versatile for various temperature-sensitive environments.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, renowned for its excellent chemical stability and remarkable durability. It boasts outstanding aging performance and a broad temperature adaptability, capable of enduring long-term working conditions between -50ºC and +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered using advanced polyurethane and overall foaming techniques, resulting in a sleek, flat appearance with superior insulation capabilities. The panel material options include premium stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and elegant embossed aluminum plates.

Door thickness options: Choose from a range of thicknesses including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm to perfectly suit your insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Fabricated with robust aluminum alloy, the door frame exudes a clean and stylish look, offering durability that surpasses traditional wooden frames. It comes equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for manual temperature control or power switching.
Guide rail device: The sophisticated aluminum alloy guide rail is designed with a guide wheel and clamping wheel mechanism. This innovative system allows the door to effortlessly detach from the frame when opened and securely press against the door frame and floor when closed, ensuring a perfect seal each time.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
