With bespoke customization options available, they can be tailored to meet unique size specifications with precision.
Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezing conditions, the system operates seamlessly within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC, showcasing its adaptability to a wide array of climatic scenarios.
Sealing Strip Material: Engineered from high-grade EPDM, celebrated for its remarkable chemical stability and durability, offering superb resistance to aging. This material excels in a broad temperature range, ensuring long-lasting performance from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Constructed from premium polyurethane, the panels are thoroughly foamed for an elegant look and outstanding insulation capabilities. Options include stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, catering to a variety of aesthetic and functional preferences.

Door Thickness Options: Available in a comprehensive range of dimensions—75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm—accommodating diverse insulation needs and spatial requirements.
Doorframe Material: Built from robust aluminum alloy, the doorframe ensures a sleek and sophisticated appearance while avoiding the weaknesses of traditional wooden frames, such as low strength and rot. Featuring self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, it delivers effortless operation without the necessity for manual intervention.
Guide Rail Device: The guide rail is crafted from aluminum alloy and includes integrated guide and clamping wheel systems, ensuring smooth door operation. It allows the door to open effortlessly and close with precision, engaging with the frame and floor for a secure seal.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
