The D series air coolers are categorized into three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series excels in maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, making it ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, perfect for storing meats and fish. For those seeking to freeze fresh produce such as meat and fish, the DJ series is optimized for temperatures around -25ºC, ensuring freshness and quality.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shells boast a low-temperature resistant powder coating, delivering robust corrosion resistance. For tailored needs, we offer customization with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The entire construction employs 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy plates, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage that can result from thermal expansion and contraction, protecting the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and improving the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, our design incorporates an optimized loop with a positive triangle staggered pattern, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our air coolers feature a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, expertly designed to increase air turbulence and maximize heat exchange efficacy on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a customized, high-power fan featuring an external rotor capable of enduring temperatures from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: The defrosting system incorporates stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and within the inner water pan. This ensures a consistent heating effect, enhancing the defrosting process and extending the longevity of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Precisely engineered, our electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, offering easy wiring and robust safety features.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before shipment, ensuring superior quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacing options cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements for optimal performance.
