Application Environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC, ensuring reliability in diverse conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, this sealing material boasts excellent chemical stability, remarkable durability, and resistance to aging. It adapts to a wide temperature range, consistently performing from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Engineered with polyurethane and integrated overall foaming, these door panels are elegantly flat and boast impressive insulation properties. The panels are available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, offering both style and efficiency.

Door Thickness: Available in a range of thicknesses including 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, providing various options to suit your insulation needs.
Doorframe Material: Constructed with aluminum alloy, these doorframes are sleek, robust, and long-lasting, overcoming the weaknesses of traditional wooden frames. They feature self-limiting temperature electric heating strips that operate without the need for manual temperature control or power adjustments.
Guide Rail Device: Featuring an aluminum alloy guide rail equipped with a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, this system efficiently separates the door from the frame when opening and securely presses it against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring optimal performance.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
