Shell: Crafted with precision, our shell is constructed from high-quality steel plate, treated with low-temperature resistant powder to ensure robust corrosion resistance. For those with specific requirements, we offer customizable options in aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. The tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are designed to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage that could arise from heat exchange copper tube wear due to thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray plate features a hinged lap design, streamlining inspection and maintenance processes. The ribbed slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage, thus minimizing the risks of icing and corrosion. Meanwhile, the inner water tray is fitted with an aluminum plate to curtail air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and optimizing defrosting effects.
