Within our selection, the D air cooler series is categorized into DL, DD, and DJ models, each tailored for specific temperature needs. The DL series is ideal for environments maintaining 0 ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating at around -18ºC, is suited for meat and fish preservation. For more intense freezing requirements, such as fresh meat and fish, the DJ series supports temperatures of approximately -25ºC, ensuring optimal freshness.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted with premium high-quality steel plates, our air cooler shells are treated with a low-temperature resistant powder that significantly boosts corrosion resistance. For those with specific needs, we offer customizable options in aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To further ensure durability and reliability, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, minimizing the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, often caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with an outer water tray featuring a hinged lap design, our trays allow effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope at the base accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. Additionally, the inner water tray is lined with aluminum plates to minimize air bypass, thus enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our air coolers boast an optimized loop and a strategically planned positive triangle staggered design, all engineered to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our air coolers are equipped with classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, specifically designed to enhance air turbulence and significantly amplify the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Each unit comes with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, capable of operating within a robust temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor is of Grade F insulation, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are crafted with low power and density, thoughtfully positioned within the coil and on the inner water pan. This arrangement ensures uniformly distributed heating, enhancing the defrosting effect while extending the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage. They also offer ease of wiring, ensuring safety and convenience.
