The D series air coolers are available in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures up to 0 ºC. The DD series operates around -18ºC, making it perfect for preserving meats and fish. Lastly, the DJ series is engineered for freezing fresh food like meat and fish at approximately -25ºC.

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, we offer aluminum or stainless-steel alternatives. The tube plates, made of 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, are designed to minimize the risk of internal leaks caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our water tray features a smart hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope at the tray's base accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. An inner aluminum plate reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our heat exchange system is optimized with a positive triangular staggered design. This innovation significantly boosts heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adopting a classic European-style corrugated aluminum fin design, our solution elevates air disturbance, dramatically improving heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our fans are customized with high power and an external rotor, capable of operating within a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC). With an insulation class of Grade F, our motors ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: The defrosting system employs stainless steel electric heating pipes known for low power and density. These are strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrost efficiency while extending the heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box boasts resistance to water, fire, and high voltage, along with easy wiring capabilities.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring high performance and reliability upon delivery.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are designed to meet various temperature and humidity requirements, offering flexibility and precision in cooling.
