Our air coolers are versatile and can be seamlessly integrated into various types of cold storage facilities, including architectural and constructional spaces. The D series air coolers are categorized into three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining a temperature of 0 ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series is designed for temperatures around -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. For freezing fresh foods like meats and fish, the DJ series operates efficiently at approximately -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our shell is crafted from a high-quality steel plate, expertly treated with a low-temperature resistant powder that offers outstanding corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options with aluminum or stainless steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from a robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, effectively minimizing the risk of internal leakage due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tube.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The tray's ribbed slope bottom enhances drainage efficiency while preventing ice formation and corrosion. The inner tray is clad with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe: Engineered with precision, our heat exchange pipe is crafted from top-tier internal thread pipe, offering an optimized loop and a strategically positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Featuring a classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, this design enhances air turbulence and substantially increases heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our fan is customized with a powerful external rotor that operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unrivaled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Employing a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density, it's strategically placed inside the coil and the inner water pan to provide uniform heating. This setup enhances the defrosting effect and extends the lifespan of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safety and ease of wiring.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery, guaranteeing top performance.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, designed to accommodate a wide range of temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse refrigeration needs.
