Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder that offers exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are also available. To minimize the risk of internal leakage due to heat exchange copper tube wear, all tube plates are constructed from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, ensuring durability amidst thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative double-layer water tray features an outer plate with a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting effect, ensuring seamless performance.
Heat exchange pipe: With an efficient internal thread pipe from a premium brand, our design incorporates an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered configuration, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency for superior performance.
