Our versatile air coolers are expertly crafted for diverse cold storage applications, whether in architectural or constructional settings. The D series air coolers are categorized into DL, DD, and DJ series. The DL series is perfect for maintaining 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates around -18ºC, making it suitable for meats and fish storage. For rapidly freezing fresh foods like meat and fish, the DJ series is optimized for around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our air cooler shell is crafted with high-quality steel plates, enhanced with low-temperature resistant powder for outstanding corrosion resistance. You can also opt for aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To minimize internal leakage from thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are made from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy.
Double-layer water tray: Designed for convenience, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Ribbing slope at the tray's bottom ensures swift drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange pipes are designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered configuration to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our air coolers utilize a classic European sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin, which greatly enhances air disruption, significantly increasing heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our fans are customized high-power units with external rotors, operable between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motors are insulated to Grade F standards, ensuring unwavering stability and dependability.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes featuring low power and density, strategically positioned within the coil and on the inner water pan. This design ensures a consistent heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the lifespan of the electric heating components.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is robustly built to resist water, fire, and high voltages, while also being simple to wire.
Factory testing: Each air cooler is meticulously cleaned and inspected, undergoing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test to ensure the highest standards are met before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Our air coolers come with sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to varying temperature and humidity conditions.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, to meet diverse operational needs.
