Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shell is layered with a low-temperature resistant powder to ensure unparalleled corrosion resistance. Additionally, customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To minimize the risk of internal leaks due to thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are constructed from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a double-layer design, the outer water tray boasts a hinged lap structure for convenient inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design at the base accelerates drainage, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, lined with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass and heightens fan efficiency, enhancing the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange system features a high-efficiency internal thread pipe from a premium brand, with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adopting a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, our design significantly boosts air disturbance, thereby enhancing air-side heat exchange capacity to exceptional levels.
Fan: Engineered for excellence, our high-power fan features a customized external rotor, operational in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, it promises unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting mechanism utilizes a stainless steel electric heating pipe with precisely controlled low power and density. Strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan, it ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the service life of the electric heating elements.
Electrical junction box: This specially designed electrical junction box is crafted to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, ensuring ease of wiring and providing robust protection.
Factory testing: Prior to dispatch, each air cooler undergoes comprehensive cleaning and inspection, capped by a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
