Product Description

The evaporative condenser is a marvel of efficient, energy-saving heat exchange technology. By utilizing a water film sprayed on the outer surface of the heat exchange coil, it effectively evaporates and absorbs the heat of the internal fluid, causing it to condense. Fresh, cold air enters through the lower air inlet, interacting with the descending circulating water from above. This process results in the air absorbing heat and moisture, transforming into hot and humid air, which is then expelled from the top air outlet. The cooled medium enters from the upper inlet of the coil group, traverses multiple circuits inside the coil, and undergoes comprehensive heat exchange with the circulating water, finally exiting from the lower outlet. The circulating water is continuously pumped from the lower collection tank to the upper sprinkler pipe group, evenly distributed across the coil's surface via high-flow nozzles. This setup ensures that the circulating water undergoes efficient heat transfer with both the internal medium and external air. A small portion of the water evaporates into the air, while the majority recycles back into the collection tank, ready for another round of circulation.
