Our range includes three distinctive series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments around 0ºC, keeping eggs and vegetables fresh. The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, ideal for preserving meat and fish. For freezing fresh foods like meat and fish at around -25ºC, the DJ series is your go-to choice.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shell boasts superior corrosion resistance. Options for aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available for customization. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for convenient inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage and mitigates icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with aluminum plate, reduces air bypass while enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipe utilizes efficient internal thread pipe from a premium brand, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Inspired by classic European design, our sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin enhances air disturbance and significantly increases heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC to 60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring outstanding stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system incorporates a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density. Strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan, it delivers uniform heating, enhanced defrosting efficiency, and extended service life for the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box:Specially designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, our customized electrical junction box ensures easy wiring and superior protection.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheet spacing options cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements.
