Product Introduction:
Shell: Our product features a shell made from high-quality steel plate, enhanced with a low-temperature resistant powder, ensuring superior corrosion resistance. For those in need of bespoke solutions, we offer customization in aluminum plate or stainless steel shells. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, a strategic choice to significantly reduce the risk of internal leaks due to the wear and tear of the heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap form, the outer water tray plate facilitates effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom ensures rapid drainage, mitigating icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, cloaked in aluminum, minimizes air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Engineered for excellence, our heat exchange pipe boasts an efficient internal thread from a premium brand with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design. These features work harmoniously to boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fin, inspired by classic European sinusoidal corrugation, is crafted from aluminum. This design significantly amplifies air disturbance, thereby enhancing the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a custom high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fan is engineered to perform in temperature ranges from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor’s insulation is rated at Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability in operation.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system incorporates a stainless steel electric heating pipe characterized by low power and density. Strategically arranged within the coil and across the inner water pan, this setup guarantees a uniform heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: The electrical junction box is a testament to customization, designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, while ensuring ease of wiring.
Factory testing: Before leaving our factory, each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test to ensure top-tier performance.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are carefully calibrated to meet a variety of temperature and humidity specifications.
