Product Description

The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ waterproof film and SBS padding for optimal protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts.
3. Implement a substrate of sealant for enhanced sealing.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, featuring a double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray in the middle for superior insulation.
5. Apply to vertical wall panels for structural integrity.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for robust support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the precise length and correct lifting direction of the ceiling panel in relation to the primary beam of the building structure, ensuring the ceiling panel joint runs parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, along with suspended M12 lifting screws, all connected to a C-type steel keel for optimal support.
3. Lift and position the insulation top plate with precision.
4. Carefully adjust the length of the lifting screw to ensure stability and alignment.
5. Apply polyurethane foam to the main joint, foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and finalize with color steel folding piece adjustments for a polished finish.
