For those requiring colder conditions at approximately -18ºC, the DD series is tailored for preserving meats and fish. Meanwhile, the DJ series is designed for even colder temperatures around -25ºC, expertly freezing fresh foods like meats and fish.

Shell: Our shell is crafted from high-quality steel plate treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, showcasing exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking variety, we also offer customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from 2.0-thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to heat exchange copper tube wear caused by thermal fluctuations.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design ensures rapid drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, coated with aluminum, minimizes air bypass, boosting both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a premium brand, these pipes boast an optimized loop with a positive triangle staggered design that significantly enhances heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our air cooler incorporates classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, which substantially increase air disturbance and remarkably boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Equipped with a customized high-power external rotor fan operational between -40ºC to 60ºC with motor insulation class Grade F, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Featuring stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power density, these are strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan to provide a uniform heating effect, effectively enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safe and easy wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, guaranteeing top-tier quality and performance.
