Product Description

 

The cold storage panels are consisted by

 

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, creating a robust thermal barrier.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a cutting-edge waterproof film coupled with SBS padding ensures superior resistance against moisture.
2. Use of galvanized L or U-shaped positioning brackets, effectively secured with expansion bolts, guarantees stability.
3. Application of a high-performance sealant substrate to prevent leaks.
4. Seamlessly pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring a double-sided groove sealant with a polyurethane spray in the middle, ensures airtight seals.
5. Installation of vertical wall panels is straightforward and efficient.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, installation of additional supports such as wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails is necessary to maintain integrity.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Precisely determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the building's main structural beam. Ensure the panel joints run parallel to these beams for optimal alignment.
2. Pre-installation of suspension beam structural components, including 6# channel steel and fixtures, ensures robust support for the suspended M12 lifting screw, which securely connects to the C-type Steel keel.
3. Efficiently lift the carefully insulated top plate into position.
4. Meticulously adjust the length of the lifting screw for precise alignment and stability.
5. For the main joint, expertly apply polyurethane foam. The PVC sleeve is carefully foamed to eliminate cold bridging, while the color steel folding piece is precisely trimmed for a flawless finish.
