The cold storage panels are consisted by

 

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a robust waterproof film and SBS padding for unparalleled protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with reliable expansion bolts.
3. Include a dependable sealant substrate to ensure superior sealing.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant using a double-sided groove sealant, complemented by a polyurethane spray at the core.
5. Install vertical wall panels with precision.
6. For constructions exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and swift mushroom nails for added stability.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Accurately determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel, aligned with the main structural beam of the building. Ensure the joint of the ceiling panel aligns parallel to the main beam.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components with 6 # channel steel and fixtures, supported by a suspended M12 lifting screw connected to the C-type steel keel for maximum durability.
3. Lift the insulation top plate with care and precision.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment and fit.
5. Apply polyurethane foam to the main joint, foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and trim with a color steel folding piece for a flawless finish.
