The DL series operates effectively at temperatures above 0 ºC, making it perfect for preserving delicate items like eggs and vegetables. For those aiming to store meat and fish, the DD series is ideal, maintaining optimal conditions around -18ºC. For freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, our DJ series excels at around -25ºC, delivering exceptional performance and reliability.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shell features a low-temperature resistant powder coating, offering strong corrosion resistance. Aluminum or stainless-steel shells can be customized to your preference. The design includes 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates for all tube plates, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage caused by wear of the heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray plate utilizes a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the base ensures efficient drainage, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with an aluminum plate, reducing air bypass and enhancing both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are made from high-efficiency internal thread pipes sourced from premium brands, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design. This innovation significantly enhances heat exchange efficiency, ensuring superior performance.
Fin: The fin design boasts a classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum structure, which greatly increases air turbulence and enhances the heat exchange capacity on the air side, ensuring outstanding thermal performance.
Fan: Our high-power fans are customized with an external rotor capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, these fans provide unmatched reliability and stability in extreme conditions.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is thoughtfully arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures a more uniform heating effect, enhancing the defrosting efficiency while extending the lifespan of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage. It offers easy wiring, ensuring safety and convenience in any setting.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection and has successfully passed a rigorous 25 bar pressure holding test before delivery, guaranteeing reliability and superior quality.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, tailored to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements, ensuring optimal performance across varied environments.
