Harnessing the natural cooling prowess of water and air, our Evaporative Condenser facilitates heat exchange where refrigerant gas transitions to liquid within the coil. The system is equipped with an efficient water distribution mechanism.
The condenser comprises an internal system with a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator, complemented by an external setup featuring a water circulating pump, a state-of-the-art electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The axial fan ensures negative internal pressure for optimal operation. As
the system functions, robust airflow guarantees thorough spraying of cooling water across
the coil surface via the water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters at the coil's upper inlet, condenses efficiently, and exits as a liquid at the lower outlet. This process, driven by heat exchange synergy among refrigerant, water, and air, and aided by the fan, significantly boosts efficiency. As heat is absorbed, cooling water and air temperatures rise swiftly, with water vapor transforming into steam, which is then effectively expelled by the fan, dissipating excess heat. Meanwhile, steam in the hot air is skillfully captured in
a reservoir, while non-gasified water seamlessly flows down to recirculate within the system. The reservoir's water level is meticulously managed by a float ball valve, ensuring consistent water replenishment lost to the atmosphere.
