Experience the natural cooling prowess of our Evaporative Condenser, harnessing water and air as its cooling medium. The refrigerant gas gracefully transitions into liquid within the coil through an orchestrated system of water distribution, ensuring optimal performance.
The system includes a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator, integrated with an external setup featuring a water circulating pump, an advanced electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The internal pressure remains negative, thanks to the efficient axial fan operation.
The system's robust airflow guarantees thorough spraying of cooling water across
the coil surface using the water distribution system. Refrigerant gas enters the upper inlet of the coil, undergoes efficient condensation, and exits as a liquid at the lower outlet. This synergy of refrigerant, water, and air, powered by fan assistance, significantly elevates efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the temperatures of the cooling water and air rise sharply, transforming water vapor into steam, which the fan expertly expels, removing excess heat. Simultaneously, the steam in the hot air is captured into
a reservoir, while non-gasified water descends to be recirculated. The reservoir's water level is meticulously controlled by a float ball valve, ensuring water lost to the atmosphere is consistently replenished.
