Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating Temperature Range: -45ºC to +50ºC, providing exceptional adaptability to the widest range of climate conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Made from top-tier EPDM, this material is celebrated for its remarkable chemical resilience and longevity. It offers superb resistance to aging, underpinned by a broad temperature adaptability that ensures durability from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: These panels are crafted from premium polyurethane, fully foamed to present a sophisticated appearance while offering outstanding insulation. Options include stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, catering to diverse aesthetic and functional preferences.

Door Thickness Options: Offered in multiple dimensions such as 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, these options are designed to meet varied insulation and spatial needs.
Doorframe Material: This doorframe is expertly crafted from robust aluminum alloy, providing an elegant and modern look while eliminating the weakness and decay issues typical of wooden frames. With self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, it ensures smooth, maintenance-free operation.
Guide Rail Device: The system features an aluminum alloy guide rail equipped with integrated guide and clamping wheel devices, allowing for effortless, smooth door operation. This ensures seamless opening and secure closing by effectively engaging and sealing against the frame and floor.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
