The cold storage panels are composed of an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a protective waterproof film alongside SBS padding for optimal insulation.
2. Implementing galvanized L or U-shaped positioning brackets, securely anchored with robust expansion bolts.
3. Utilizing a high-performance sealant substrate to ensure airtightness.
4. Pre-installing board seam sealant, featuring double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane sprayed in the center for robust sealing.
5. Installing vertical wall panels for structural integrity.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick-action mushroom nails for enhanced support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Ascertain the length and lifting direction based on the building's main beam. Ensure that ceiling panel joints run parallel to the main structural beam for stability.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, utilizing 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beams, complemented by an M12 lifting screw for secure attachment to the C-type steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate carefully into position.
4. Precisely adjust the lifting screw length for an exact fit.
5. The primary joint is enhanced with polyurethane foam, and the PVC sleeve is foamed to counteract cold bridges, with the color steel folding piece neatly trimmed for a polished finish.
