Our air coolers are versatile and ideal for various cold storage solutions, whether architectural or constructional. The D series air coolers include DL, DD, and DJ models each designed for specific temperature ranges. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. Our DJ series excels at around -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shell boasts outstanding corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is made of 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer Water Tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Ribbing at the bottom facilitates rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Our efficient heat exchange pipes are made from premium internal thread pipes, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins are used to enhance air disturbance and significantly improve heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our high-power, customized fans feature external rotors and operate within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motors are insulated to Grade F standards, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes that have low power and density, our defrosting system is cleverly arranged within the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrosting effectiveness and extending the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical Junction Box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also ensuring easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25 bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
Sheet Spacing:Available in standard spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
