Application environment: Ideally suited for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors excel in maintaining optimal temperatures. Operating temperature range: An impressive -45ºC to +50ºC, catering to a wide array of environmental conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from top-grade EPDM, these sealing strips provide outstanding chemical stability, durability, and resistance to aging. With a versatile temperature adaptability, they ensure reliable performance between -50ºC and +50ºC over extended periods.
Door panel material: Constructed with a polyurethane core, the door panels feature an overall foaming design for a sleek, flat appearance and impeccable insulation. The panels are available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, offering both aesthetic appeal and robust functionality.

Door thickness: Available in precise increments of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, these varied thicknesses allow for customized insulation solutions tailored to your specific requirements.
Doorframe material: Engineered with premium aluminum alloy, our door frames present a clean and sophisticated exterior that is durable and resistant to decay, unlike traditional wooden frames. Equipped with self-regulating electric heating strips, they eliminate the need for manual temperature control, ensuring effortless operation.
Guide rail device: Featuring an innovative aluminum alloy guide rail, the system incorporates both guide and clamping wheel devices. This advanced mechanism facilitates seamless separation of the door from the frame when opened, and a secure press-fit against the door frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
