Our cutting-edge Evaporative Condenser harnesses the natural cooling prowess of water and air. Within the coil, refrigerant gas transforms into liquid through heat exchange, aided by a sophisticated water distribution system.
The system integrates a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and dehydrator with an external array featuring a water circulating pump, a high-tech electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The axial fan ensures the internal pressure remains negative, enhancing efficiency.
During operation, robust airflow ensures effective spraying of cooling water across
the coil surface using the water distribution system. Simultaneously, refrigerant gas enters the coil's upper inlet, is promptly condensed, and exits as liquid at the lower outlet. This process, harmonized by heat exchange among refrigerant, water, and air, along with fan support, maximizes efficiency. Heat absorption leads to a swift rise in cooling water and air temperatures, converting water vapor to steam, which is efficiently expelled by the fan, dissipating excess heat. Meanwhile, steam in the hot air is expertly captured into
a reservoir, while non-gasified water seamlessly flows back to be recirculated. With a float ball valve precisely controlling the reservoir's water level, it ensures consistent replacement for evaporative losses.
