Shell: Our shells are crafted from premium steel plates, coated with a specialized low-temperature resistant powder, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. For personalized needs, we also offer aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Every tube plate is precision-engineered from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, greatly reducing the risk of internal leaks due to the friction from heat exchange copper tubes caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap for the outer water tray plate, it simplifies inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope bottom design enhances drainage efficiency and prevents unwanted icing and corrosion. The inner tray is elegantly shielded by aluminum plates to optimize fan performance and enhance defrosting efficacy.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from high-quality internal thread pipes from a leading brand, featuring an optimized loop and an advanced positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange performance.
Fin: Boasting a classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, our design dramatically enhances air turbulence, significantly amplifying the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Equipped with a tailor-made high-power fan with an external rotor, operational within an extensive temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is rated at Class F, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system features stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and on the inner water pan. This thoughtful design ensures an even heating effect, augments the defrosting process, and prolongs the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, withstand fire, and tolerate high voltage, while also allowing for effortless wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, passing a stringent 25bar pressure holding test before it leaves our factory floor, ensuring quality and reliability.
