Our advanced air coolers are versatile and can be optimized for various types of cold storage, including architectural or constructional. The D series air coolers are categorized into three distinct series to meet diverse needs: The DL series is ideal for environments around 0ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fish. The DJ series excels at around -25ºC, designed specifically for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate finished with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells exhibit strong corrosion resistance. We offer customization options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates employ 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative outer water tray features a hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom expedites drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting effectiveness.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange pipes feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, maximizing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our air coolers boast classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, significantly enhancing air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Featuring stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, our defrosting system is strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and prolongs the lifespan of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while ensuring ease of wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, including a 25bar pressure holding test, to guarantee optimal performance before delivery.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, to meet your specific needs.
