Every tube plate features 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, meticulously engineered to reduce internal leakage risks caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for effortless inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design accelerates drainage and effectively prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is expertly lined with aluminum plates to minimize air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and optimizing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipe boasts an efficient internal thread design from a top-tier brand. With a strategically optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, it remarkably enhances heat exchange efficiency, ensuring superior performance.
