The DL series is perfect for climates around 0 ºC, ideal for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at -18ºC, making it a choice solution for meats and fish. For deep freezing needs, the DJ series maintains an optimal -25ºC, ensuring the freshness of meats, fish, and more.

Shell: Crafted with precision, our shell boasts high-quality steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, showcasing robust corrosion resistance. Options for aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available for customization. The tube plates are engineered from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize potential internal leaks attributed to thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Innovatively designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design enhances drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is cloaked with aluminum, reducing air bypass for improved fan performance and defrosting efficiency.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes utilize efficient internal thread technology from a premium brand, featuring an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangle design to elevate heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Experience enhanced airflow and superior heat exchange with our classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, engineered to significantly boost air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the airside.

Fan: Our customized high-power fan, equipped with an external rotor, operates flawlessly between -40ºC and 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, it guarantees unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Our stainless steel electric heating pipe, with its low power and density, is strategically placed within the coil and the inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficacy, and extends the heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box stands resilient against water, fire, and high-voltage, while ensuring easy wiring for seamless operation.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Choose from our standard sheet spacing values: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, tailored to meet diverse temperature and humidity conditions.
