The BY series electric and manual sliding doors are a marvel of engineering, incorporating the pinnacle of international technology. Tailor-made to your specifications, they meet your exact size requirements.
Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings. Operating temperature: Designed to function efficiently within a vast range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Our seals are crafted from high-grade EPDM, renowned for its excellent chemical stability and resistance to aging. With superb durability and adaptability, these seals perform exceptionally across a wide temperature spectrum, consistently between -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: The door panels are engineered using premium polyurethane with complete panel foaming, resulting in a sleek, flat appearance and outstanding insulation properties. Constructed from durable stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, they offer robust performance and aesthetic appeal.

Door thickness options: Available in varied thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm to cater to diverse insulation needs.
Doorframe material: Featuring an aluminum alloy door frame, these frames are not only clean and elegant in appearance but also exceptionally durable. They address the common drawbacks associated with wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, they are equipped with self-regulating temperature electric heating strips that eliminate the need for manual temperature adjustments.
Guide rail device: The guide rail system is designed with precision, utilizing aluminum alloy and incorporating both guide and clamping wheel devices. This configuration ingeniously separates the door from the frame when opened and ensures a tight seal against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
