The distinguished D series air coolers, comprising DL, DD, and DJ models, cater to specific temperature needs. The DL series is perfect for environments at 0 ºC, ideal for preserving the freshness of eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fishes. Meanwhile, the DJ series thrives at around -25ºC, making it the best choice for freezing fresh produce like meats, fishes, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plates, the shell is coated with a specialized low-temperature resistant powder to provide superior corrosion resistance. For bespoke needs, aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available. The tube plates, made from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are designed meticulously to minimize any internal leakage that might occur due to thermal expansion and contraction from the copper tubing.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray boasts a hinged lap design, simplifying both inspection and maintenance processes. Its ribbed slope design at the tray's base accelerates drainage, mitigating risks of icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, clad with an aluminum plate, is engineered to lessen air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a renowned brand, the design incorporates an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered pattern, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Featuring the timeless Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, this innovation enhances air turbulence, thereby substantially increasing the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our fans are custom-engineered with high power and an external rotor, capable of operating within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring unwavering stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes that are low in power and density, these are strategically arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan. This arrangement ensures uniform heating, optimizes defrosting effects, and significantly extends the service life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage while ensuring easy wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a 25-bar pressure holding test to guarantee reliability before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Our products offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
