an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, offering superior thermal efficiency and robust strength.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Crafted with a waterproof film and enhanced with SBS padding, ensuring excellent moisture resistance.
2. Incorporated with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured firmly using expansion bolts for optimal stability.
3. Sealant substrate for additional insulation and protection.
4. Board seams come pre-installed with a double-sided groove sealant and a polyurethane spray in the middle, guaranteeing a perfect seal.
5. Secure vertical wall panels for a solid and dependable structure.
6. Install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and employ quick mushroom nails for any section exceeding 6 meters, ensuring structural integrity.
Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Precisely determine the length and direction of the ceiling panel lift based on the main beam of the building structure, ensuring that joints run parallel for seamless integration.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including a 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, along with a suspended M12 lifting screw, all connected to a robust C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate smoothly into position.
4. Meticulously adjust the lifting screw length for precise alignment.
5. Apply a polyurethane foam spray to the main joint. Utilize a PVC sleeve to break the cold bridge and trim with a color steel folding piece, ensuring maximum insulation and aesthetic appeal.
