Our D air coolers come in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures around 0ºC. The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, ideal for preserving meats and fish. For those requiring ultra-low temperatures, the DJ series operates around -25ºC, making it the perfect choice for freezing fresh produce like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shells are coated with low-temperature resistant powder, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. You also have the option of custom aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring durability and safety.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative double-layer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. An aluminum plate covers the inner water tray, reducing air bypass and enhancing fan efficiency and the defrosting process.
Heat exchange pipe:Our high-efficiency internal thread pipe comes from a premium brand, featuring an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin improves air turbulence, boosting heat exchange capacity on the air side considerably.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system employs stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. These pipes are strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrosting performance and extending the lifespan of the heating elements.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box is built to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while allowing for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, passing a 25-bar pressure holding test to ensure quality and performance before delivery.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
