Product Description

The cold storage panels are comprised of
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate layer of high-quality polyurethane insulation that ensures optimal thermal efficiency.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a durable waterproof film and SBS padding for superior protection against moisture.
2. Utilizing galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with robust expansion bolts for enhanced stability.
3. Incorporating a sealant substrate for airtight security.
4. Featuring a pre-installed board seam sealant including double-sided groove sealant plus a middle layer of polyurethane spray for thorough insulation.
5. Implementing vertical wall panels for structural integrity.
6. For spans exceeding 6 meters, wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails are required to ensure structural support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam of the building structure, ensuring that the panel joint runs parallel for seamless integration.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, with a suspended M12 lifting screw connected to a C-type steel keel for firm suspension.
3. Gently lift the insulation top plate into position with precision.
4. Carefully adjust the length of the lifting screw to ensure perfect alignment.
5. The main joint is expertly sealed with polyurethane foam, the PVC sleeve is foamed to eliminate the cold bridge, and the color steel folding piece is meticulously trimmed for a clean, polished finish.
